This treatment aims to relieve stress and tension in the scalp, face, neck and shoulders. It increases circulation and loosens tight muscles. It is an easy treatment to offer, as it can be performed fully dressed and seated.

Stone Therapy Massage Training Course
This course is designed for existing massage therapists. It is a highly relaxing treatment using hot basalt and cold marble stones. It is said that one stroke of the stone is worth ten of the hand.

Reflexology Training Course
Reflexology is a complementary therapy that is based on the theory that different points and areas on the feet , lower leg, hands and ears correspond with different araes of the body. Reflexology is an ancient therapy which has been practised for over 5000 years and it is believed that working these points and areas can help aid relaxation , improve mood, release tension, enhance sleep and can generally help improve wellbeing.

Duration: 3 days followed by 40 case studies and then a final assessment;
Day 1: 9.30am to 3.30pm
Day 2: 9.30am to 2pm
Practice Day: Date and Time to be confirmed when booking
Students then complete 40 case studies followed by a final assessment.
(40 case studies does not mean 40 people! It could, for example, be 8 people with 5 visits)
Students also complete an open book theory test paper which requires a pass mark of 90% in order to proceed with the final practical assessment.

Pre Blended Aromatherapy Massage
This course is designed for existing massage therapists. You will be shown how to carry out a relaxing body massage including pressure point work, using specially prepared essential oil blends such as relaxation, balance, detox and energise. You will also cover the usage of over 30 individual essential oils.
Included in the price are 2 samples of your choice of essential oils to take home with you!
